The prices shown are in euros (€) per apartment per day, excluding the local tourist tax.

During the winter season, a deposit is required. Your booking is confirmed only once the deposit has been credited to our account.

We are happy to provide a baby cot or extra bed free of charge upon request.

We kindly wish to inform you that we accept cash payments only for the accommodation. However, you are also welcome to pay the invoice amount via bank transfer to the account details provided above.

Our apartments are available from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. If your arrival is delayed, please let us know briefly! On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:30 a.m. to allow the next guests to arrive on time.

The village centre of Mayrhofen and the popular shopping street with cafés, restaurants, shops, and much more are just about a 5-minute walk from our accommodation.

The final cleaning fee is a one-time charge of € 100 per apartment.

For an additional charge of € 25 per person per day, we can also offer half board. You can enjoy dinner at our **** partner hotel, just a 5-minute walk away. Dinner includes a cold and warm starter buffet, soup buffet, salad buffet, a choice of three main courses (served at the table), and a dessert buffet. Once a week, there is a traditional farmers’ buffet. Prices for children are available on request!

Towels and bed linen are provided free of charge in our apartments.

We kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the Montana Apartments.

Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property.

The local tourist tax is € 2.60 per person per day (from age 15). From 1 December 2025, the tax will increase to € 3.20 per person per day.

Short stays are possible at any time upon request.

Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. We kindly ask for your understanding!

There are plenty of free parking spaces available directly at the accommodation.

In the event of a cancellation, the terms of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.

The nearest ski bus stop is just about 80 metres away. The bus takes you directly to the Mountopolis ski area in Mayrhofen.

For winter sports enthusiasts, our property offers a ski storage room with a ski boot heater, ensuring your equipment is always well cared for.
